When and How to Take EndoMune Advanced Probiotic

How Probiotics Work

Probiotics are one of the few health supplements that provide actual benefits. They help maintain a robust immune system by increasing the number of good bacteria in the gut. In turn, a healthy immune system helps our bodies ward off disease, making probiotics beneficial for both the digestive system and overall health. Achieving maximum benefit from probiotic supplements requires understanding how probiotics establish themselves in our guts to restore gut health.

There is a lot of misinformation (and misunderstanding) about how probiotics work in our bodies. For example, although probiotic bacteria are necessary for our bodies to both achieve and sustain optimum health, they don’t actually help our bodies directly, which I know sounds confusing. Let me explain. I described above that probiotic supplements require prebiotics to be effective, and here’s how that process works. Probiotic bacteria feed on the prebiotics, and in the process, the prebiotics (the indigestible plant fibers) are fermented.

Both naturally occurring probiotics and probiotic supplements contain live beneficial bacteria. However, for bacteria like lactobacilli and Bifidobacterium to thrive in our guts, they must travel through our stomachs which contains acid that can kill them. In other words, because stomach acid kills both bad and good bacteria, the beneficial bacteria require protection as they pass through. That’s why EndoMune engineered a unique capsule design that resists stomach acid, enabling maximum beneficial bacteria to reach their destination. This is merely one aspect of the Advanced of EndoMune Advanced Probiotics..

When to Take EndoMune Advanced Probiotic

The best time of day to take a probiotic varies according to age and health and can dramatically affect how well they work.

With or without food?

Some schools of thought recommend taking probiotics with a meal. If doing so, it should be light, as heavier meals take longer to digest and might subject beneficial probiotic bacteria to stomach acid for a more extended period.

Those suffering from diarrhea or bloating gain the most benefit by taking them at every meal. Ideal time for most adults is 30 minutes before breakfast.

Healthy Adults:

Take one EndoMune Advanced Probiotic capsule consistently on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before the first meal of the day. Alternatively, add to smoothies or open a capsule and sprinkle on food. EndoMune Advanced Probiotic is a great way to make probiotic smoothies.

Infants and Toddlers up to Age 3:

Sprinkle ½ teaspoon EndoMune Jr. Advanced Probiotic Powder on soft foods, in formula or non-carbonated liquid.

Children Ages 3-8:

Chew one EndoMune Jr. Advanced Chewable Probiotic tablet daily, preferably with a meal. EndoMune Advanced chewable tablets are an easy way to ensure your children have healthy guts, and they taste great too!

Adults or Children on Antibiotics:

Take EndoMune probiotics two hours before or two hours after taking your antibiotic.

Most individuals feel better in as little as seven days.
